How To Eat and Make Your Stomach Shrink

Hi Everybody!  I know a lot of you have been asking when I was going to post more Fat Burning Secrets so I finally found some time to create this one for you.  It’s helped me tremendously with my transition from a tired over-weight person to a young, vibrant, healthy person.

You’re probably wondering how someone can eat to make their stomach shrink, right?  Well, it’s actually quite simple.  And once you start utilizing this fat burning technique I guarantee you’ll do it the rest of your life.  It’s so easy and SO obvious but the culture we live in and the huge corporations that mold our minds to fit their products try to hide this simple method.  Why?  Because it simply goes against their business model.

Let me start by simply asking if you remember what a large fountain drink used to look like around the year 2000? Honestly, they were large but still reasonable.  But a large fountain drink at any fast food restaurant today it’s completely ridiculous!  Who, I mean really, who needs to drink that much soda in one sitting??  Well, this kid doesn’t…super fat kid eating mcdonalds

The point I’m trying to make is that these huge corporations treat us like cattle.  And they know the majority (unfortunately) of us will eat as much as they give us….  and if you dare throw anything away that little voice in the back of your mind tells you “oh, there’s some poor little girl in a 3rd world country that will do anything for this food”.  Well, I’m hear to tell you that it’s all part of a complex system to keep the masses in a constant state of over consumption.  How will it help that little girl if YOU finish your food?  The answer is obviously that it won’t.  It can’t.

So why am I telling you this and how does it relate to eating to make your stomach shrink?  Well, I’ll tell you why and I’ll wrap it up in 4 simple words:

Don’t clear your plate.

That’s it.  In fact try to only eat half of what’s on your plate a couple times.  You probably think you’ll still be hungry but you know what will actually happen?  Your stomach will follow your lead and shrink.  And if you only eat half a your normal portions for two days (only 2 days!!) your stomach will already shrink so much that you won’t even be able to clear your plate next time you try.  It’s really that simple.

If you’ve ever fasted as I have (I once fasted for 5 days) you realize that we aren’t eating because we’re hungry.  We’re not eating because we’ll pass out if we don’t have food every few hours.  No, we eat because it’s fun.  We eat because it’s something to do…  We eat because we are consumers and the powers that be have done an incredible job turning us into over-consumers.  They’ve had us brainwashed since the first time we saw Ronald McDonald’s smiling face.  I know I’m picking on fast food but it’s infiltrated itself in to nearly every facet of the food industry.  ”All you can eat” buffets, and even your local diner give you such a huge portion to MAKE MORE MONEY.  It’s really as simple as that.

Just like an infomercial.   They don’t just sell you the product they’ve been pitching for the last 10 minutes. They also throw in a bunch of crap you don’t need as extra bonuses to give their product the appearance of having more value.

So in closing I beg you to try this technique, even if it’s only for a week.  I promise you’ll feel so much healthier and be amazed at how quickly and easily you’ll start to burn fat from your natural metabolism.  And if anyone asks “aren’t you going to finish that?”  just tell them “I never feel obligated to clear my plate.”

Fat Burning Secrets – Step Two

Okay, now that we have gone over the fat burning secrets of metabolism I’d like to go over a very simple mind-set change that is extremely important.  You need to start looking at any physical task as a free workout.  Many people pay over $500 a month for a personal trainer, and that’s great.  But if you make this simple mind-set change you can begin to burn fat every day, many times a day without even thinking about it.  Let me give you one great example:

Have you ever been in the car with someone that’s trying to park in a parking lot full of empty spaces yet they drive around and around and around looking for a spot right in the front. WHY?!  You end up wasting more time AND walking is great for you.  Every time I park in a parking lot I park near the back.  There’s no cars around, no hassle, and it’s nice to walk.  Of course there are a few exceptions to this:  If it’s raining, if you’re buying something very heavy… etc. But please, be honest with yourself and don’t make up stupid excuses.

This can actually drop your blood pressure too by relieving the stress of getting angry while looking for that perfect spot.  Not to mention…  most of the time, it actually saves you time.

This fat burning secret is actually something I can from Bruce Lee, the ripped,  kung fu master.  In his autobiography he wrote about the fact that to stay in shape he rarely drove his car anywhere. Instead, he ran everywhere he needed to go…. and if he did need to drive somewhere he would still part 2 miles away just just so he could get the exercise from running the rest of the way and back.

There are many more secrets of fat burning but I must say that, to me, this simple mind-set change is by far the most important – and it can be implemented in many different aspects of your life; cleaning, carrying things, walking up stairs instead of the elevator.  So many choices we have everyday.  And if you just choose the fat burning workout option you can be in great shape without EVER actually working out.  I hope you enjoyed this post.  Please take the next few days or a week to test it out.  You’ll notice a huge difference in the way you feel. How and Why Changing Your Metabolism Burns Fat

Like I said in my previous post I discovered the secret to burning fat and it’s all about making your metabolism work for you.  Albert Einstein discovered that energy cannot be created nor distroyed…  it can only change form.  This couldn’t more true than in metabolism.  Every single living creature in the world uses metabolism to extract energy from it’s food.  Even tiny single celled organisms create their energy through this process.  Obviously the metabolic system within each of us is vastly more complex than theirs, but it’s good to understand the fundamentals of how this chemical process works.  Because after all that’s how I discovered the fat burning secrets I know now.

Some people use fat burning supplements to try to boost their metabolism.  This is actually extremely dangerous.  I personally believe that most of the diet pills on the market today will be outlawed in the future.  They don’t actually burn fat, but muscle often times.   To get a more complete understanding of the basics of how you can use metabolism to help you start to lose fat watch the video below.

In Search for the Secrets of Fat Burning

Well, first let me say I am normally not one to get on a computer and spill the beans about the problems I’ve had with my weight, but I’m so excited with the help that I’ve found.  I’m almost 38 yrs old with three children and have been a bit of hmmm…well…chunky since about middle school. I have struggled with my weight since 9th grade when all the kids really start pointing out that “you haven’t grown out of your baby fat”.  I dieted, tried fat burning supplements, worked out religiously, and became a sports/fitness fanatic.  I joined every sport I could to keep me moving and got my weight in a nice range, but I was also starving and was incredibly tired.  I continued this throughout college where I met my husband, fell in love, and got married. I tried to keep up with the obsessive weight control until I got pregnant with my first….and after the baby was born I could barely find enough time to sleep let alone diet. I was at my heaviest and my lowest mentally & emotionally.  After 2 more children I pretty much thought it was impossible to get back at least some shape other than the frumpy jiggles I had come to call my waist & hips.

That’s when I started searching for the ultimate fat burning secret: metabolism.   Of course everyone understands the basics about metabolism but that’s where most people’s understanding ends.  They see someone skinny eating and eating and they say to themselves “they must have great metabolism”.   But what they don’t know, and what I didn’t know, is that anyone can tap into the true power of their metabolism.  And as it turns out the best fat burning techniques are actually the simplest. In my next couple posts I’ll dive in a little deeper and explain a little more about what I’ve discovered through my personal journey.
